Influence stakeholders across organizations to gain support for design strategies

Lead the development of innovative design solutions to user, product, and business problems

Own a design process, design system, or design language across teams or products

Lead design solutions based on user insights, business needs, and industry trends that further business outcomes

Guide and provide direction to UX designers in creating design concepts for user research/testing

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

10 years of experience in product design or UX

Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions)

Preferred

Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience

15 years of experience in product design or UX

6 years of experience leading design projects

Expertise in designing for native iOS app experiences in Android

Proficiency in visual design and high-fidelity prototyping, using industry tools (e.g., Figma, ProtoPie, Rive) and novel methods, including leveraging LLMs and APIs to create dynamic, data-driven, and intelligent prototypes

Ability to create visionary north-star product experiences, focused on leveraging modern UX principles along with generative AI to unlock novel interaction paradigms and define strategic direction
