Responsibilities

Perform product and in-process inspections using basic hand tools (calipers, pin gauges, height indicators)
Conduct random audits of products, pallets, and shipments
Prepare inspection and audit reports
Support quality improvements, capability studies, and Gage R&R
Review and improve quality controls (Poka Yoke, Jidoka)
Recommend tooling and process improvements
Accept or reject products and communicate results with Continuous Improvement teams
Ensure compliance with customer and supplier quality requirements
Use digital quality tools to improve systems

Required

Experience with basic inspection tools
Ability to read blueprints and GD&T
