Identify and attract qualified candidates through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks

Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies

Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the applicant tracking system

Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the process

Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in staffing and recruitment

Collaborate with team members to improve recruitment processes and achieve departmental goals

Assist in developing and executing strategic initiatives to enhance talent acquisition efforts
