Required

3-6 years of experience in Engineering Project Management, including planning, coordinating, and executing projects efficiently
Civil, geotechnical or related engineering or construction background
Understanding of Project Engineering and Construction principles, with the ability to apply technical knowledge in real-world scenarios
Skilled in Construction Management with a focus on ensuring quality, timely delivery, and adherence to project specifications
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Comfortable working in both field and office environments
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate effectively with clients
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field

Preferred

Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification a plus (not required)
