Inside Sales Lead
BeeHyv is a premier software engineering partner for innovative startups and large enterprises. They are looking for a hands-on Inside Sales Lead to support the CEO and CSO by driving outbound sales execution and building a steady, high-quality pipeline.

Responsibilities
Support CEO- and CSO-led sales efforts by generating qualified meetings
Run LinkedIn and email/text/call outreach with structured follow-ups
Work with defined target accounts and qualification criteria
Ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads to sales
Use HubSpot for CRM, workflows, sales call/email/text campaign sequences, dashboards, reporting
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting
Use ZoomInfo (Basic) for research and list building
Execute repeatable outbound campaigns and manage the campaign lifecycle
Maintain accurate CRM data
Guide and support a small ISR/SDR team
Assist with onboarding and daily execution
Review activity, follow-ups, and responses
Improve response rates through disciplined outreach
Track meetings booked, pipeline created, and response rates
Identify gaps in execution and follow-ups
Share clear weekly updates with leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree is mandatory
5–7 years of inside sales experience (B2B in IT services preferred)
Working knowledge of HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools
Preferred
Degree in science / technology preferred
B2B in IT services preferred
