Responsibilities
Be able to Troubleshoot, and test DCS/PLC/SCADA systems (e.g., Rockwell, Allen Bradley, FactoryTalk, DeltaV)
Support software and infrastructure upgrades within regulated environments, focusing on both IT and OT components
Apply a risk-based Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q) approach to automation system testing
Author, review, and update GMP lifecycle documentation (URS, FS, DS, etc.)
Develop and execute CSV protocols; perform data integrity and data security assessments and remediation
Assist in implementing and maintaining OT lifecycle documentation management, backup & restore (B&R), patch management, user access control, and inventory management for PLC/DCS systems
Support qualification of control system infrastructure for both VEQTOR and client systems
Collaborate with global teams to deliver automation and compliance projects efficiently
Utilize KNEAT for validation, commissioning, and qualification documentation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering, electrical, computer science, or equivalent experience
Direct experience and knowledge of PLCs/SCADA (min 2 years) in a regulated environment
Experience with CSV processes, GMP documentation, and regulatory requirements
Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry (required)
Detail-oriented, self-motivated and a team player
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Ability to perform critical analysis of situations and provide recommendations
Problem solving, creative thinking, and interaction with upper management and design teams
Ability to work independently with structured guidance
Excellent technical writing, organizational, and communication skills
