Serve as a product lead on our most demanding, cross-functional projects
Ensure the quality of our design systems that meet best in class customer experience
Decompose complex problems into simple, straight-forward solutions
Fully and completely understand system inter-dependencies and limitations
Possess expert knowledge in product scalability and product management best practices
Effectively research and benchmark Amazon technology against other competing systems in the industry
Drive product strategy in a clear and concise manner across partner internal and external teams
Be the ultimate champion for the end customer to ensure that our external partners meet the high bar of being an Amazon Alexa product
Assist in the career development of others, actively mentoring individuals and the community on product issues and helping your team on career growth
Exert influence over multiple teams, increasing their productivity and effectiveness by sharing your deep knowledge and experience
Qualification
Required
6+ years of team management experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
Experience with end to end product delivery
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience in technical product management, program management or engineering
Experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership
Preferred
Experience delivering consumer software products and services in a high growth environment
Experience working directly with engineering teams
Experience in project management including resource planning, managing schedules, reporting project status and prioritizing tasks
