Responsibilities

Configure PROS Smart CPQ: product catalogs, attributes, rules, bundles, approvals, workflows, templates
Build and maintain pricing models (list, net, floor/ceiling, negotiated, promos, tier/volume)
Implement discounting policies, deal guardrails, and guided selling
Operationalize price segmentation and elasticity models; support list price governance and deal guidance
Analyze win-loss, margin leakage, and price performance; recommend strategy adjustments
Integrate PROS with CRM (Salesforce/MS Dynamics), ERP (SAP/Oracle), and data sources (customer/product hierarchy)
Ensure data quality, reference/master data mapping, and performance tuning

Required

4+ years hands-on with PROS Smart CPQ / PROS Pricing
Strong understanding of B2B pricing (cost-plus, value-based, segmentation, elasticity, deal guidance)
Experience with product configuration, constraints, advanced rules, and approval workflows
Practical knowledge of CRM integration (Salesforce/MS Dynamics) and ERP touchpoints (orders, contracts)
Proficiency in data analysis (SQL/Excel) and using PROS analytics/dashboards to drive decisions
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical configurations
Excellent communication; stakeholder management across Sales, Finance, Operations, IT

Preferred

Experience with PROS Platform APIs, scripting, and custom UI components
Exposure to SAP SD / Oracle Order Management, and Power BI/Tableau for pricing KPIs
Familiarity with Deal Desk operations and margin optimization frameworks
Certification(s): PROS CPQ/Pricing, Salesforce Admin, SAP SD, or similar
