Commercial Real Estate Analyst and Asset Manager

Dormie Capital Partners is a boutique private equity commercial real estate investment firm focused on acquiring, operating, and enhancing value across a diversified portfolio of income-producing assets. They are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Analyst & Asset Manager to support investment underwriting and asset management across the firm's portfolio.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain financial models for acquisitions, refinancings, dispositions, and hold scenarios
Analyze operating statements, rent rolls, lease abstracts, and capital plans
Assist with preparation of investment memoranda and internal deal presentations
Support due diligence efforts and third-party report review
Track property performance versus underwriting and budgets
Prepare monthly and quarterly asset management reporting
Assist with annual budgeting, forecasting, and business plan execution
Coordinate with property managers, leasing teams, lenders, and consultants
Monitor leasing activity, capital expenditures, and operational KPIs
Support portfolio-level analysis and reporting
Assist with lender and investor reporting requirements
Contribute to process improvements, reporting templates, and internal systems
Provide ad-hoc analytical support to senior leadership

Required

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in commercial real estate analysis, asset management, private equity, investment banking, or a related field
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Economics, or a related discipline (strongly preferred)
Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling proficiency
Solid understanding of commercial real estate fundamentals (NOI, cap rates, IRR, DSCR)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work full-time on-site in Castle Rock, Colorado

Preferred

Experience with value-add or opportunistic real estate strategies
Exposure to industrial, retail, or office assets
Familiarity with ARGUS, Yardi, or similar real estate software
CPA, CFA, or progress toward a designation is a plus
