Responsibilities
Maintain a safe work environment and uphold quality standards
Ensure crews have all materials, equipment, and survey data needed
Track daily/weekly production, including timecards and quantities
Perform field measurements and quantity takeoffs
Coordinate with inspectors, subcontractors, and owner representatives
Prepare three-week look-ahead schedules and assist with planning
Support project teams, documentation, and company goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license required
Comfortable working outdoors and traveling to active job sites
Preferred
2–4 years of heavy civil experience (roadway, bridge, grading, dirt work) preferred
