Responsibilities
Support manufacturing process engineering during new product launches or capacity expansions
Create process and instruction sheets to support quality methods
Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, cost, and productivity
Lead development of corrective actions to resolve quality issues
Conduct process audits and ergonomic evaluations
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
High School Diploma or GED
5 years of related experience in manufacturing or process engineering
Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in problem-solving and process engineering
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in engineering
Experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
Familiarity with 8D and 5Why problem-solving techniques
Experience with Lean Tools such as 5S, Kanban, and Value Stream Mapping
