Start in 2026 SpringGenerac is offering a Spring 2026 Finance Intern position designed to help students develop their business and technical skills within the accounting department. The intern will assist with various accounting functions, including Accounts Payable and Cash application, while also supporting continuous improvement projects.

Responsibilities
Assist the Shared Services team:
Brainware processing – AP automation software failures & manually resolving
AR Cash application/posting offsets to customer accounts
Credit memo processing in SAP
Past due invoice resolution
Excel reporting as needed
Mail distribution
Complete other projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an Associates or Bachelor's program with an emphasis in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
Minimum 3.0 GPA
Microsoft Excel experience
Conscientious, self-motivated worker with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and in a group setting
Dependable and organized
Preferred
Sophomore year status or higher
Desire to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple demands requiring initiative and independence
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
