Advanced Excel (pivots, calculations, model based efficiency)
Workday HCM:
Position creation, freeze/unfreeze, worker moves
Oracle EPM (reporting/data extraction preferred)
Experience in operational finance, particularly accruals
Prior exposure to high volume, multi stakeholder workflows
Documentation/SOP contribution experience is a strong differentiator
