ServiceNow FSO Developer
Alldus is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Field Service Operations (FSO) Developer to design, configure, and enhance ServiceNow FSO solutions. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders and platform teams to deliver high-quality solutions that improve operational efficiency and technician experience.
Responsibilities
Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow FSO modules, including Work Orders, Scheduling, Dispatching, Mobile, and Agent Workspace
Develop and maintain ServiceNow components such as Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer flows, Script Includes, and APIs
Implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems (REST/SOAP, MID Server)
Support mobile workforce enablement using ServiceNow Mobile and FSO Mobile
Participate in requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing, and deployment
Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, performance concerns, and defects
Follow ServiceNow best practices for development, upgrades, and security
Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to translate requirements into technical solutions
Qualification
Required
Proven experience developing on the ServiceNow platform
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow FSO / Field Service Management
Strong JavaScript skills and understanding of ServiceNow scripting APIs
Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow Mobile
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD, CIS – Field Service Management)
Experience with Performance Analytics and reporting
Experience supporting ServiceNow upgrades and implementations
Knowledge of ITSM, CSM, or other ServiceNow modules
