Responsibilities
Direct and oversee HR Shared Services operations for North America in line with the HR service catalogue
Ensure HR services meet defined service levels (SLAs) for timeliness, quality, cost, and colleague experience
Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle administration (onboarding through termination)
Manage and maintain accurate, timely HR data across HR systems
Partner with NA Payroll, HR IT, Recruiting, ER, Facilities, Legal, and COEs to deliver integrated HR services
Lead and support the HR Services team, providing day-to-day operational guidance and people management
Support and enhance HR technology solutions including Oracle HCM Cloud and ServiceNow
Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, automation, and collaboration with global teams
Qualification
Required
Experience in HR Shared Services or HR Operations
Strong experience with HR systems
Experience in service delivery
Experience with employee lifecycle administration
Ability to direct and oversee HR Shared Services operations
Ability to ensure HR services meet defined service levels (SLAs)
Ability to oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle administration (onboarding through termination)
Ability to manage and maintain accurate, timely HR data across HR systems
Ability to partner with Payroll, HR IT, Recruiting, Employee Relations, Facilities, Legal, and Centers of Expertise
Ability to lead and support the HR Services team
Ability to support and enhance HR technology solutions including Oracle HCM Cloud and ServiceNow
Ability to drive continuous improvement through process optimization, automation, and collaboration with global teams
