Branch Manager
The Bank of Commerce is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee daily activities for branches, including officers. The role involves managing branch operations, preparing budgets, assisting customers, and participating in hiring and scheduling.

Responsibilities
Generally responsible for a more complex branch operation
Responsible for a portion of the bank’s daily operations
Prepares annual budget and goals for branch
Provides information and assistance to customers
Resolves banking problems for customers
Participates in the scheduling of hours
Participates in the hiring and performance rating of employees
Requires a thorough understanding of and experience in branch banking operations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from a four year college or university; or ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
Requires a thorough understanding of and experience in branch banking operations
