Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of compensation, benefits, and incentive programs

Ensure programs are internally equitable, externally competitive, and compliant with all applicable federal and state regulations (ERISA, FLSA, HIPAA, ACA, etc.)

Oversee relationships with external vendors, including consultants, brokers, carriers, and plan administrators

Monitor program effectiveness, costs, and compliance; provide insights and recommendations to senior HR leadership

Develop and manage annual benefits and merit budgets in alignment with financial and workforce priorities

Drive employee communications and change management efforts related to total rewards programs

Identify and remediate compliance risks in partnership with internal stakeholders

Lead and develop a high-performing total rewards team, ensuring operational excellence and accuracy
