Responsibilities

Provides operational and technical support to both Organizational Development (Org Dev) and Workforce Development, coordinating logistics, LMS updates, surveys, and reporting for learning, leadership, onboarding, and workforce capability-building programs

Strengthens Roswell Park’s internal talent pipeline through data, communication, and program coordination

Required

Associate's degree; or

High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time experience in organizational development, training, project coordination, or related HR services

Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices
