Responsibilities

Service and install computer equipment by analyzing, diagnosing and resolving problems while providing excellent customer service and meeting service level commitments
Adherence to all compliance processes and procedures
Self-manage workload, overtime, inventory and all administrative functions
Gain up to date knowledge of all technology, processes, policies and procedures

Qualification

Required

Must demonstrate strong trouble shooting, analytical, and problem solving skills
Excellent customer service, verbal and listening communication skills
Proficient in using computer hardware and software applications
Must be self-directed with excellent follow up and organizational skills
Ability to work in a flexible schedule environment to support hours of operation 24 x 7
Tech school or equivalent computer job experience
Tech School with GED or HS Diploma
Must have own reliable vehicle
