ServiceNow Business Process Consultant
Alldus is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to join a large-scale transformation program for a leading Insurance organization. The consultant will be part of a cross-functional project team delivering ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions.

Responsibilities
Act as the Business Process Consultant for ServiceNow ITAM and ITOM workstreams
Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into ServiceNow best-practice solutions
Provide expert guidance on ITAM (HAM/SAM) and ITOM processes, aligning them with ServiceNow capabilities
Collaborate with architects, developers, and customer stakeholders to design and deliver scalable solutions
Support process design, documentation, user stories, and backlog refinement
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow platform best practices and governance standards
Participate in workshops, demos, testing, and go-live activities
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant
Strong hands-on knowledge of ITAM and/or ITOM implementations
Experience working with enterprise customers, ideally within regulated industries (Insurance experience is a plus)
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed project team
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
At least one CIS certification, such as: CIS – Hardware Asset Management (HAM), CIS – Software Asset Management (SAM), CIS – Discovery, CIS – Event Management, CIS – Service Mapping
Preferred
Multiple CIS certifications
Previous experience on long-term ServiceNow transformation programs
Familiarity with ITIL-aligned processes
