Manage a $4 million book of business, focusing on small to medium-sized accounts with a generalist approach, including a strong emphasis on bonds and surety experience
Handle all aspects of account management, including quoting new and renewal business
Cross-sell and upsell insurance products to existing clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency
Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and contribute to the overall success of the organization
Qualification
Required
Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
Minimum of 5+ years of commercial insurance experience, with a proven ability to manage a $4 million book of business
Energetic, detail-oriented, goal-driven, problem solver, and self-motivated
Preferred
Experience with EPIC software preferred
On-site preferred, with potential for hybrid flexibility
