Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities
Project Planning and Execution: define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop project plans and resource requirements. Develop project timelines and ensure that project milestones are met on time/schedule
Project Financial: Oversee project budgets and financial performance, ensuring resources are effectively allocated and financial targets are met
Team Management: Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with project objectives by assigning tasks and responsibilities. Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and foster a positive team environment while managing conflicts and resolving issues
Communication and Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholders' expectations and requirements, facilitate communication across departments and with clients
Risk Management: proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle
Quality Assurance: ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards, conduct quality audits and reviews, and implement quality improvement processes
Customer Centricity: Effectively collaborate with Solutions Architects and other technical resources to articulate customers' needs while proactively identifying new business opportunities and enhancing customer relationships
Qualification
Required
9 + years of experience as an IT Project Manager using Agile and Waterfall methodologies in other SaaS companies or system integrators
Proven experience in delivering long and complex with multiple swimlanes and international projects, leading cross-functional and offshore teams, using best practices and adequate tools
Experienced in gathering customer requirements, prioritizing product backlogs, and developing effort estimates and project schedules
Skilled in drafting and issuing comprehensive Statements of Work (SoW) to define project scope and deliverables
In-demand certifications: PMI-ACP / CSM / CSPO / PMP / ITIL / PRINCE
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients effectively, collaborate with internal teams, and interact with management
Willingness to travel (50%)
Preferred
Previous experience in implementing and overseeing the delivery of Field Service Management solutions for different types of industries (e.g., Telco, Utilities, Rail)
Previous experience in a product software company
Knowledge of GIS technology
