Responsibilities
Managing a caseload of 35 cases and supervising your own Paralegal
Meeting with and representing clients from discovery to final trial
Preparing for and attending in-person and virtual meetings and court appearances
Conducting legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
Qualification
Required
A JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school and admitted in Texas
2+ years of family law litigation experience
Eager to go to court - you have found your passion as a Trial Attorney!
Preferred
Bilingual
Proficiency with MyCase
An existing book of business
