Administrative Assistant
Ascendo Resources is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide corporate administrative and operations support. The role involves keeping daily business operations organized, supporting internal teams and executives, and managing various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Support executives and internal teams with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
Work on the computer all day using Excel, internal systems, databases, and applications
Organize information, track data, and maintain accurate records
Handle multiple tasks at once and prioritize urgent requests
Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and outside partners
Help resolve issues by reviewing options and finding the best solution
Stay organized and calm in a fast-paced corporate environment
Qualification
Required
Strong professional communication skills (email and phone)
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable using Excel, databases, and internal systems
Able to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Professional, polished, and customer-service focused
Good judgment and problem-solving skills
