They are currently seeking an Outside Sales Representative to manage sales activities and relationships with cabinet and furniture manufacturers and woodworkers, focusing on consultative sales and customer solutions.

Responsibilities

Take responsibility for growing our business

Manage overall relationship and day-to-day sales activities towards cabinet and furniture manufacturers, and residential and commercial woodworkers in the territory

Engage in structured consultative sales discussions, both in person and virtually, ultimately serving as a business advisor towards customers

Required

Experience in sales, optimally outside sales within the building materials or construction industries

Eager to learn, with a passion for providing solutions to customers and a drive to achieve successful sales growth

Highly motivated, able to self-direct and manage your own time and responsibilities, organize and plan

Able to learn and proficiently use our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) program to track daily activity, plan and optimize sales calls, and follow up with customers' requests or needs

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; must be able to effectively use Excel, Word, Outlook for daily responsibilities and tasks

As this position requires regular automobile travel, you must have your own independent, reliable transportation. This position requires you to work 'in the field,' making in-person visits to customers three to four days per week

May require occasional lifting or moving of objects up to 50 lbs

Preferred

Knowledge or experience within these areas is preferred: building materials, bathroom or kitchen cabinetry, closets, millwork, etc
