LHH is a fast growing Healthcare company seeking a Senior Accountant. This role will be responsible for the preparation of monthly financial statements, inter-company reconciliations, P&L analysis, and mentoring accounting staff.

Responsibilities

Preparation of monthly financial statements
Assist with budget preparations
Preparation of account reconciliations, accruals and variance analysis
Mentor and give direction to accounting staff
Working with external auditors and within business unit management
Assist in Ad-Hoc projects as needed

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in AccountingAccounting experienceExcel skillsHealthcare accounting experienceCommunication skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Minimum of five years of accounting experience
Strong Excel skills
Must have excellent communications skills

Preferred

Healthcare accounting experience
Multi-unit accounting experience
