Key Account Manager
LHH is seeking a Key Account Manager for their client in Port Washington, NY. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with national and regional retail accounts, driving new business, and ensuring sales growth across multiple product lines.

Responsibilities
Manage and grow relationships with major retailers
Build and execute strategies to expand product presence and secure new placements
Analyze sales data and identify growth opportunities
Lead presentations and negotiations with key accounts
Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches and marketing initiatives
Achieve annual sales targets and secure new customer wins
Conduct quarterly travel to Canada for market visits and retailer meetings (approx. 25% travel)
Monitor KPIs such as sales growth, account expansion, and placement success
Support continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional collaboration
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree required
3+ years of experience in CPG account management
Proven track record managing North American retail relationships
Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel (intermediate to advanced user)
Energetic, collaborative, and results-driven
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
beauty industry experience highly preferred
