Junior Sales Representative
Access Systems, Inc. is a dynamic and fast-growing company seeking a Junior Sales Representative. This role provides hands-on experience in business development and field sales, supporting the sales team by generating leads, setting appointments, and participating in client meetings.
Responsibilities
Establish relationships with decision-makers and clients
Prospect using lead generation strategies to set appointments for Account Executives
Support Account Executives by joining client visits, meetings, and presentations
Learn territory planning, sales processes, and pipeline management
Build confidence through training, coaching, and hands-on learning
Qualification
Required
Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills
Interest in growing into an outside sales role
Ability to meet goals while collaborating with the marketing and sales team
Positive attitude and willingness to take on challenges
Preferred
No sales experience required, but having some exposure is an asset
