Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop Sr. Sales Executives and Sales Executives
Set clear performance expectations, KPIs, and development plans
Conduct regular 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and performance evaluations
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning
Support team members in complex negotiations, strategic account planning, and customer escalations
Develop and execute a sales strategy focused on expanding relationships across mobility, automotive, technology, and related sectors
Oversee account management activities to ensure strong renewals and expansion opportunities
Drive new business development by identifying market trends, customer needs, and whitespace opportunities
Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and disciplined use of sales tools
Promote consistent use of Salesforce for CRM management and Salesloft for sales engagement, cadence execution, and activity tracking
Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging, campaigns, and lead-generation initiatives
Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key customers and strategic partners
Represent S&P Global Mobility at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings
Stay informed on mobility and automotive trends, including electrification, connected vehicles, supply chain shifts, and consumer behavior
Provide customer feedback to product and leadership teams to influence roadmap decisions
Partner with product, consulting, and global sales teams to deliver integrated solutions
Support alignment across business lines within S&P Global to maximize customer value
Ensure the team adheres to corporate processes, systems, and compliance standards
Qualification
Required
7+ years of B2B sales experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or team‑management role
Strong understanding of mobility, automotive data, or related technology sectors
Proven ability to lead teams to achieve revenue targets and manage complex accounts
Experience using Salesforce, Salesloft, or similar CRM and sales‑engagement tools
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong organizational discipline and pipeline management skills
Preferred
Background in automotive, telematics, SaaS, or data‑driven solutions
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
