Responsibilities

Review abstract title examinations for liens, encumbrances, judgments, vesting, legal descriptions, deed prep, and other title‑related issues

Analyze payoffs, real property taxes, and voluntary/involuntary lien extinguishment requirements

Take curative actions using underwriting guidelines across all 50 states (experience with Texas/TDI, Florida, and Georgia is a plus)

Perform heavy research to identify and resolve title clearing barriers

Work directly with lenders, creditors, counties, and third‑party agencies to extinguish title matters and secure insurable title

Manage a pipeline of orders and clear title within required SLAs

Communicate effectively via integrated systems and email

Collaborate with other title agencies and county offices as needed
