Responsibilities

Execute a procurement strategy aligned with business goals, sustainability objectives, and risk management frameworks
Collaborate with leadership to identify cost optimization, innovation, and competitive advantage opportunities
Champion next-generation technologies (AI, predictive analytics, e-procurement) and define KPIs for automation and cycle-time reduction
Oversee the end-to-end sourcing, contracting, and supplier management process
Personally assist in the negotiation of high-value, complex contracts
Implement AI-driven analytics to optimize spend, automate transactions, and forecast supplier risk
Drive company-wide adherence to procurement policies and governance structures
Build strategic partnerships to drive innovation and supply chain resilience
Integrate ESG principles into selection processes and champion diversity within the supplier base
Lead formal supplier performance reviews to ensure accountability
Lead and mentor a high-performing team skilled in analytics, digital tools, and category strategy

Required

10+ years of progressive procurement or supply chain experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

High proficiency with e-procurement platforms, ERP systems, and AI-driven analytics tools
Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing skills, and the ability to lead change in complex organizations
Deep understanding of data-driven decision-making and sustainable procurement practices

Preferred

Recent experience with procurement in the AI sector
Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
Professional certifications (CIPS, CPSM, or CSCP)
