Responsibilities
Engage with key decision-makers across new and existing customers via phone, email, and networking platforms
Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to expand your network and uncover new opportunities
Analyse sales data to prioritise your pipeline and qualify leads effectively
Prepare accurate quotes and proposals for clients
Report on all sales activity using Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Build quarterly territory plans to maximise growth potential
Deliver outstanding customer service that earns positive feedback
Continuously develop your product knowledge and refine your sales techniques
Qualification
Required
A proven track record of achieving sales targets
At least 2 years of B2B sales experience engaging stakeholders via email, phone, and face-to-face
Strong organisational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines with accuracy
Problem-solving mindset and experience resolving customer queries
Proficiency in IT systems, including CRM platforms
