Responsibilities
Monitoring packing equipment and systems to keep production running smoothly
Troubleshooting and maintaining pack line machinery
Supporting warehouse operations, including forklift use and loading/unloading shipments
Performing quality checks and preparing samples for testing
Completing paperwork and data entry for shipped loads
Deep cleaning lines between production runs
Growing your skills through training and development opportunities
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (technical training is a plus)
Basic computer skills and ability to operate a forklift (or willingness to learn)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Physical ability to lift 55 lbs, climb ladders, and work in varying conditions (hot, cold, dusty)
Commitment to safety and teamwork
Preferred
Previous manufacturing experience preferred, especially in food-safe environments
