Business Analyst 4
SAFTech Software Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst 4 to support the transition from a COTS application to a low-code SaaS platform. The role involves leading project initiation, documenting business requirements, and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
Lead project initiation and requirements discovery activities
Document current state and future state business and system requirements
Develop clear, complete, and standards-compliant Requirements Definition documentation
Collaborate with business users, IS teams, and project leadership
Create and standardize templates and documentation artifacts
Support the Procurement team by translating requirements into a formal SOW
Facilitate stakeholder meetings and document decisions and outcomes
Qualification
Required
8+ years in Business Analysis and requirements documentation
8+ years defining business processes and system workflows
8+ years facilitating meetings and documenting decisions
4+ years working with COTS platforms
2+ years experience with SaaS applications
Strong SDLC and Agile experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Local Richmond candidates strongly preferred
