Responsibilities
Produce (copy and bind) AETA Student Workbooks and course materials
Prepare and mail Certificates to AETA Students
Prepare and ship course materials to AETA Adjunct Faculty
Maintain student records, class records, and mailing lists as required
Send a copy of class rosters to the appropriate campus, state and federal agencies
Develop/Revise AETA brochures and training schedule
Register and send confirmation letters to students for as needed
Maintain the AETA social media pages
Produce monthly “E-Blast” to market AETA Training
Develop and maintain AETA Website
Create and edit short media clips of AETA training events to be used to market AETA programs
Create and edit training videos to be used in AETA non-credit Internet courses
Provide Secretarial support for the AETA Advisory Board
Perform general office duties
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in marketing, multi-media, or similar field
Preferred
Master's Degree in marketing preferred
An Associate's Degree in marketing, multi-media or similar field with 5 years' documented experience could be considered
