Responsibilities

Create, update and provide quality-control of financial models for proposals and active deals across multiple simultaneous transactions

Provide ongoing analysis and insight on deal economics and asset valuations

Recommend and perform sensitivity analysis on deal models

Prepare executive summary materials and ‘pitch books’ for financing packages and internal approvals

Assist with project management for simultaneous complex multi-party transactions

Respond to and complete various administrative tasks associated with deal execution on an accurate and timely basis

Update portfolio and transaction databases

Lead the handoff to accounting and finance post-deal execution

Reply to queries about projects from auditors and internal staff regarding the projects

Assist in the preparation of operating reports, financial covenant reports, project budgets, and updates to project financial models

Review operating data and complete analytic reports on project performance; identify trends across the asset portfolio and develop KPIs

Other duties in support of project finance and asset management as assigned
