Required

15+ years of enterprise infrastructure experience

Deep hands-on or architectural expertise in: Data centers and enterprise networks

Deep hands-on or architectural expertise in: Servers (physical and virtual)

Deep hands-on or architectural expertise in: Active Directory / identity services

Deep hands-on or architectural expertise in: Cloud platforms (Azure strongly preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable)

Proven experience with: Disaster recovery and restoration planning

Proven experience with: Bare-metal recovery concepts

Proven experience with: Data center failover and isolation testing

Ability to confidently challenge senior engineers and architects

Strong documentation, review, and governance skills

Preferred

Enterprise Architect or Principal Infrastructure Architect background

Experience in highly regulated environments (financial services preferred)

Exposure to FFIEC, OCC, or similar regulatory standards

Experience with hybrid cloud architectures and large-scale migrations

ITIL, TOGAF, or similar architecture / governance frameworks
