Designing, developing, testing and maintaining scalable and high-performance GenAI/Agentic AI platform and applications

Applying expertise in developing and enhancing technology solutions that are critical to success

Building platforms using modern technology stacks to build scalable AI platform, integrate AI models, and support reliable platform operations

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field

2 to 3 years of professional experience as a full stack software engineer or developer

Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Python, Node.js, or Java

Solid front-end experience with frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js

Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and exposure to using AI APIs or frameworks (e.g., OpenAI GPT, TensorFlow, PyTorch)

Experience with version control systems, preferably Git

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in agile environments

Good communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse teams

Preferred

Hands-on experience with integrating and operationalizing generative AI models and agentic AI workflows

Knowledge of prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or reinforcement learning

Experience with AI platform tools like MLflow, Airflow, Kubeflow, or similar MLOps pipelines

Proficiency in cloud-native AI/ML deployments, including serverless and container orchestration

Familiarity with large language model (LLM) architectures and handling model fine-tuning or customization

Exposure to data engineering pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and working with structured/unstructured data

Understanding of AI model monitoring, ethical AI practices, and security considerations in AI systems

Experience with chatbot or agent frameworks, dialog management, or natural language processing pipelines

Ability to work in a fast-evolving technology landscape with continuous learning and adaptability
