Responsibilities
Support workshops covering commercial processes: quotation, contracting, billing
Document business requirements and commercial workflows
Assist in designing to-be commercial processes
Configure SAP SD or service-related functionality supporting customer engagement
Prepare functional specs for commercial and billing enhancements
Conduct unit testing and support integration testing
Maintain documentation for commercial processes, configuration, and test scripts
Build foundational knowledge of maintenance commercial and MRO contracting practices
Deliver commercial tasks accurately and on schedule
Maintain clean, structured documentation
Assist in issue resolution and stakeholder coordination
Participate in governance and delivery ceremonies
Qualification
Required
SAP SD/service configuration experience
Experience with quotation/contract/billing processes
Functional specification and testing skills
2+ SAP implementations
5+ years industry experience in commercial operations (A&D preferred)
Strong consulting background
Relevant degree
Eagerness to learn iMRO
Understanding of commercial operations (contracts, pricing, billing)
Knowledge of SAP SD, pricing, billing, and customer master concepts
Ability to analyse revenue, contractual, and pricing scenarios
Strong aptitude for learning iMRO commercial processes
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong analytical and financial reasoning
Ability to collaborate across engineering, planning, and supply chain
Time management and problem-solving ability
Willingness to travel
Preferred
SAP SD/service certification
SAP Activate
Agile experience
Prior iMRO experience (desired but not required)
