Responsibilities

Provides coverage for the Corporate Cashier, Certificate Coordinator, Payroll Deposits Coordinators, ACH Coordinator, Bank Wire Specialist, and other areas as needed to ensure continuation of job functions and uninterrupted service to our members and other CEFCU departments
Assists all areas during peak business periods and completes special projects for department managers

Required

0-2 years' experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work well in a team environment
Strong organizational, interpersonal and phone communication skills
Ability to be adaptable, flexible and multi-task
Knowledge of CEFCU products and services
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
Must demonstrate safe lifting ability through assessment. Ability to follow safe lifting procedures to lift, move, and/or manipulate items/equipment weighing up to 40 pounds
Ability to learn, understand, demonstrate, and/or explain all areas responsibilities, procedures, policies and processes at an acceptable level within 10 weeks
Ability to learn vendor admin systems related to ACH, Bank Wire and foreign exchange at a proficient level within training period
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Experience in handling cash amounts in the millions of dollars, reconciling/balancing
Knowledge of ACH system
Accounting or Business classes
Experience handling, identifying, buying and selling foreign currency
Knowledge of US dollar currency denominations
