Airbus is a leading aerospace company, and they are seeking a Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) Germany Widebody Customization Integrated Planning Manager. In this role, you will support the Widebody Programme Customization Integrated Planning Teams by integrating all stakeholders involved in the Customization planning for the management of the Fulfill Customer Order process.

Responsibilities

As part of the Monitoring & Control of the WB HoV (Head of Version) Customization planning, you will define the business requirements to develop the new digital solution of integration of the different planning streams for A330 and A350 Programmes:
Commercial Planning
Programme Customization HoV planning
Engineering planning (Airframe Fuselage & Cabin)
Buy Furnished Equipment (BFE) Planning
Industrial planning
You are responsible to specify each requirement using the SMART methodology (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound). The solution will be implemented in the Cross-Programme Customization Planning Toolset (Click2Slot, Glo-VP)
You drumbeat the local development team on a weekly basis, ensuring the implementation of the solution according to the AGILE project schedule
You test the solution and make the necessary adaptations if required
You lead and align regular review meetings between A330/A350 Planning, A320 family Planning Teams and Development Teams by proposing harmonised ways of working

Qualification

Required

Master's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
Languages: English & German (Fluent), French is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills, able to anticipate challenges and develop strategies to resolve them proactively
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines
