Responsibilities
Facilitate the development and definition of the product strategy and roadmap
Collect, analyze, make recommendations, prioritize, and address product and customer needs that align with organizational goals
Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches and market adoption
Coordinate competitive analysis and market research to inform product decisions
Drive product innovation and manage the lifecycle from inception to phase-out
Oversee product-related deliverables, which may include PRDs, metrics, budgets, forecasts, pricing, and performance measures
Facilitate, understand, influence, manage expectations, and build relationships with cross-functional teams and partner collaborations to achieve product objectives

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a related industry
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
Preferred
Experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and Finance & Accounting Systems, preferably Workday
Working knowledge of both relational and non-relational databases
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to use data and metrics to support decisions and develop business cases
Understanding of cloud computing, SaaS models, and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a collaborative and team-oriented setting
