Responsibilities
You will partner closely with senior consultants who manage established client relationships in the US market
Your focus will be on sourcing, screening and managing candidates through the interview process across multiple live roles
This includes one-off searches as well as ongoing, embedded-style delivery support for key accounts
Success in this role is about pace, quality, and excellent communication with both candidates and internal stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in agency recruitment, either 180 delivery-focused or 360 wanting to move into a 180 role
Experience recruiting into technology, data, analytics, data science
Strong sourcing capability, including headhunting and direct outreach
Confident managing multiple live roles simultaneously
Comfortable owning the full candidate journey from first contact to post-offer follow-up
Clear, professional communicator with candidates at different seniority levels
Previous staffing agency experience is a requirement
