The role involves managing projects from design to installation while mentoring junior project managers and ensuring quality and budget compliance.

Responsibilities
Manage complex commercial glazing and facade projects from design-assist through fabrication and delivery, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion
Collaborate with external design teams, fabricators, suppliers, and glazing contractors to execute custom facade solutions for high-rise commercial buildings
Work with architectural teams to develop facade designs from schematic concepts while maintaining budget parameters and technical feasibility
Oversee material procurement, coordinate delivery schedules, and ensure resource allocation aligns with project timelines
Manage PMU development, testing activities, and compliance with building codes and performance standards
Monitor project budgets, track costs, identify potential risks, and implement corrective measures to maintain profitability and quality standards
Mentor and onboard junior project managers, providing guidance on commercial glazing best practices and project execution
Prepare regular status reports and maintain clear communication with clients, senior leadership, and project stakeholders
Coordinate with manufacturing teams to ensure custom facade systems meet specifications and delivery requirements
Qualification
Required
Experience in managing complex commercial glazing and facade projects
Ability to lead projects from design through installation
Strong collaboration skills with external design teams, fabricators, suppliers, and glazing contractors
Experience in design-assist management with architectural teams
Knowledge of material procurement and scheduling
Experience in managing performance mock-up (PMU) development and compliance with building codes
Ability to monitor project budgets and track costs
Experience in mentoring and onboarding junior project managers
Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and reporting
Ability to coordinate with manufacturing teams for custom facade systems
