Akkodis Group Nordics is seeking a Developer for a contract role. The successful candidate will configure and customize the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response module to manage vulnerability identification and remediation, as well as collaborate with ITSM and security teams to ensure operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Configure and customize the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) module to manage vulnerability identification, prioritization, remediation, and reporting
Design workflows, business rules, client scripts, and integrations to support the VR lifecycle
Integrate VR with external vulnerability scanners (Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, Prisma Cloud) and CMDB for automated data import and correlation
Develop automation for vulnerability assignment, remediation tracking, and exception management
Create custom dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics indicators for vulnerability KPIs and trends
Collaborate with ITSM and security teams to ensure compliance and maintain operational efficiency

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
5–9 years of hands-on development experience in ServiceNow platform, with at least 2+ years in Vulnerability Response (VR) module implementation
Strong expertise in configuring and customizing ServiceNow VR module, including workflows, business rules, and integrations
Experience integrating VR with vulnerability scanners (Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, Prisma Cloud) and CMDB for automated data ingestion and correlation
