Advising on complex healthcare operational matters and regulatory issues
Advising clients on various federal and state regulatory requirements
Representing healthcare providers
Working knowledge of FWA, Stark, Antikickback, corporate practice of medicine, physician licensing and HIPAA
Experience with value based care is a plus
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience practicing healthcare law, either in-house or at a large corporate law firm or healthcare boutique
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively with business teams
Stellar analytical skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team and to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
JD from a top ABA-accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in any state
Outstanding professional references
Preferred
Solid health law experience
Advising clients on various federal and state regulatory requirements
Experience representing healthcare providers
