Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
Utilize project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall, to ensure efficient and effective project delivery
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and management
Monitor project risks and take necessary steps to mitigate them
Manage project budgets and ensure financial accountability
Foster a positive team environment, promoting collaboration and teamwork
Develop and implement best practices and processes to ensure successful project delivery
Conduct regular performance reviews of team members and provide coaching and mentoring as necessary

Qualification
Required
Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
Experience delivering high quality work
Experience leading cross-functional teams
Ability to develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall
Effective communication skills with project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and management
Ability to monitor project risks and take necessary steps to mitigate them
Experience managing project budgets and ensuring financial accountability
Ability to foster a positive team environment, promoting collaboration and teamwork
