$150K/yr - $180K/yrNeos Talent is a high-growth, global financial technology firm hiring a Senior Solution Consultant to join its New York team. This senior, client-facing role focuses on value-led solution design and supports enterprise sales cycles for tier-1 financial institutions.
Responsibilities
Lead value-based discovery and consultative solution evaluations
Translate complex operational and data challenges into clear, compelling business cases
Deliver tailored product demos, POCs, POVs, and pilot engagements
Articulate value around efficiency gains, risk reduction, and ROI
Act as a subject matter expert throughout pre-sales and early implementation
Support proposal development and influence go-to-market messaging
Qualification
Required
Strong background in Financial Services (Capital Markets, Transaction Banking, Corporate Banking, or similar)
Experience in a consultative role such as: Solutions Consultant / Pre-Sales, Value Consultant, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Management or Business Consultant
Proven exposure to complex enterprise sales cycles
Strong understanding of financial services operations, data flows, and transformation initiatives
Confident engaging senior business and technical stakeholders
Willingness to travel up to 30%
