Client Support Specialist
PDS is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for software, hardware, and networking issues. This role involves installing and configuring software, monitoring systems, and ensuring smooth IT operations.

Responsibilities
Identify, manage, escalate, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
Install and configure software, print drivers, utilities, and related components for workstations and computer networks
Troubleshoot IT issues, including software, hardware, and networking problems
Monitor installed systems, identify potential issues, and take corrective action
Provide basic technical support and troubleshoot application issues
Diagnose desktop/laptop software problems and assist with printer and notebook troubleshooting
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
1–3 years of customer service experience
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Willingness to commit to a flexible work schedule
Preferred
1–3 years of technical experience (a plus)
Previous experience troubleshooting desktop, printer, and notebook issues
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
