Responsibilities
Define end-to-end architecture for Java-based applications with a strong focus on API-led integration
Design and govern RESTful APIs (and GraphQL if applicable) using best practices such as OpenAPI/Swagger
Architect and implement microservices-based systems using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud
Establish standards for API security, versioning, throttling, monitoring, and lifecycle management
Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud deployments
Review designs, code, and integration patterns to ensure compliance with architectural standards and mentor development teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field
8+ years of experience in Java-based application architecture and API integration
Strong expertise in designing and governing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture using Spring Boot/Spring Cloud
Proven experience in API security, lifecycle management, and integration with internal/external systems and third-party services
Preferred
Master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field
